RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. This form of therapy was created by Marisa Peer. RTT enables clients to speak to me from their subconscious mind. Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT usually only requires 1-3 sessions. This is because we truly dig deep and discover together the root of the problem. RTT then uses several tools to help you break free of feelings, beliefs and behaviors that may be holding you back or creating issues in your life today. The part of RTT that is especially exciting is the use of a personalized audio based on our session that you get to listen to every day for at least 21 days to reinforce what we learned during your session.
This video by Marisa Peer explains the process of RTT very well. Marisa has been developing this form of therapy over the last 30 years and has worked with world leaders and celebrities. I had the honor of working with her for a week in London and it was truly a life changing experience. Her tools can be taught and I have enjoyed every minute of learning them from her.

RTT can help with a long list of problems that include: anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, procrastination, addiction, low self esteem, eating disorders, confidence issues, money blocks, relationship problems, critical self talk and more. Yes. RTT cannot be used to help the following issues: hallucinations, dissociative disorder, personality disorder, psychosis, schizoaffective disorder or schizophrenia. RTT sessions also cannot be used with clients who have epilepsy or seizures as the state of hypnosis could trigger a harmful response.
RTT sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours. Remember this is not traditional talk therapy, so typically after 1-3 sessions, you will have a much better understanding of your presenting problem and how it no longer serves you. You will have the power to make very real changes in your life.
True clinical hypnotherapy does not include a therapist asking someone to hop like a bunny or do some ridiculous task. It is simply a relaxed state much like meditation. By tapping into your unconscious mind during a session, we can more quickly discover those underlying feelings and beliefs that are shaping your life today. It is a shortcut as your unconscious mind holds all the answers to your problems already, we just have to ask it the right questions. I am more than happy to provide a hypnosis audio that you can listen to before the session so you can see exactly what the state of hypnosis will feel like during the session and become comfortable with it before we meet.
